5/15/2011 · The team consists of T-Tar, Reuniclus, Skarmory, Excadrill, Ferrothorn and have used Smeargle for the role of setting those 3 up but he probably won't last that long so thinking of replacing him with someone who can learn Toxic Spikes and possibly even Spikes or Stealth Rock.
8/24/2011 · Forretress can set up any entry hazard and has Rapid Spin, Pain Split coupled with Sturdy's new effect, and Volt Switch making it a nice support option. It also has one less weakness than Ferrothorn. Ferrothorn on the other hand can set up Spikes and Stealth Rock. It has Iron Barbs which is quite useful and Leech Seed to sap the foe's health.

4/19/2011 · Ferrothorn actually gets set up on by Forretress because Forretress can spin away anything Ferrothorn throws at him while resisting both of Ferrothorn's STABs (Grass 2x), which should go to show you who is king of pure support. In a nutshell, use Forretress for defensive support and use Ferrothorn for offensive support.

2/15/2011 · In general, the team slot will go to whichever the team needs more: Forretress's access to Toxic Spikes and Rapid Spin, or Nattorei's (Ferrothorn's) superior resistances and Special Defense. Regardless, one should consider Forretress before deciding to use Nattorei (Ferrothorn) on a team.
2/7/2014 · Resetting stealth rocks after defogging your own isnt much of an issue. Rapid spin is almost really hard to make work considering how good Aegislash is, even though Bisharp is incredibly threatening it can be checked, and it should be checked, so if you really need to defog you always will be able to, but rapid spin can be completely blocked.
